Dirty, bad maintained apartment with yhe weak management Positive: AC was fine Negative: A dirty apartment where everything is broken and poorly maintained. I literally opened the cabinet door and it came off in my hand. Everything is sticky and badly cleaned. The management is simply awful. I asked several times to remove a bag of dirty bed linen left by the previous guest, it stayed by the door until the day I checked out. Some notable observations: – Polyester bed sheets – Dirty towels (I had to wash them myself), and of course I had to order detergent from a delivery service because there was none in the apartment – Missing items listed as “provided”: from bottled water to shower gel – Only one accessible socket in the room, next to the bedside table, don’t count on being able to do your hair I tried to arrange a cancellation through Booking, but the service didn’t help, nor did the managers responsible for the apartment. They refunded 20% of the cost of a 4-night stay. I left earlier than planned and moved to a hotel.
