Prime Location: Exquisite 1 Bedroom | Business Bay

Attention needed guys! Positive: I appreciate the fact that they're professional, although we were delayed from the reception side to check in, but the key box room outside the apartment door was so professional and brilliant. Upon the arrival there were full toiletries and coffee with tea bags, just like a luxury hotel, was in a bag with tissue box, which was so nice of them. There was a laundry room with vacuum and ironing and anything that you could need for a long good stay. I like the fact that the place is pet friendly as well. The bed linens were Clean and comfortable and extra was provided in the cabinet. Towels in the bathroom were provided as well. TV was an Apple application and had everything you need to watch and enjoy such as YouTube, Shahid, Netflix, Disney and more. Negative: It was really upsetting that they did lots of new huge renovations in the apartment, yet they left small things to ruin their efforts.. like maintenance in the walls corners and edges which was open and had lots of little bugs hiding inside which made us afraid the whole stay, not to mention that they ruined the place cleaning look even totally.. also the windows was not sealed properly which also allowed lot's of flying bugs and to inter all the time, the shower and sinks needs deep cleaning as we do found little bugs coming out as well, for all we know they could be babay cockroaches!.. the kitchen was full of equipments but most of the dishes are old and some little damaged and need a change.. I think if they put a little extra attention to those details the place will change 100% to be amazing and welcoming.
